Meet the teachers
These are our teachers of the trombone music festival during IV Numskull Brass Festival Caudete: Ricardo Mollá (soloist of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and Courtois Artist), Zachary Bond (National University of Singapore’s Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and Thein Artist), Mark Hampson (brass trombone of the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and Courtois Artist), Juan Sanjuán (Spanish National Orchestra Academy), Miguel García (soloist of the Oper Frankfurt Orchestra) and Daniel Quiles (Antwerp Symphony Orchestra).
Ricardo Mollá
Soloist of Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and Courtois Artist
He has been trombone soloist of the Danish National Symphony Orchestra and is now trombone soloist of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra. Ricardo is also a music composer, capturing a special predilection for the brass in his works. As a teacher, he gives lectures and masterclasses all around the world.
Zachary Bond

He has been principal brass trombone of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and nowadays is professor of trombone at the National University of Singapore’s Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and Thein Brass Instruments Artist. On 2009 Zachary performed together with Canadian Brass on the album «Echo, Glory Of Gabrieli«.
Mark Hampson
Brass trombone of the Mahler Chamber Orchestra and Courtois Artist.
Mark Hampson brass trombone of the Mahler Chamber Orchestra, the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra (Spain), the Lucerne Festival Orchestra and the World Master Orchestra, and has a vast experience as a teacher with a constant activity all around the world.
Juan Sanjuán
Spanish National Orchestra Academy
He has collaborated with orchestras such as the French National Orchestra, Orquesta de Radio Televisión Española (Spain), Bilbao Symphony Orchestra (Spain), the Freiburg Philharmonic Orchestra (Germany) or the Baden-Baden Philharmonic (Germany). Nowadays, he is tenor trombone of the Spanish National Symphony Orchestra Academy.
